INTERNAL TUBE WITH RING

The inner core inside the drum for welding wire is used to guide and stabilize the unwinding of the wire during automatic feeding. It keeps the coil centered, prevents the turns from collapsing inward, and redu- ces the risk of birdnest. In addition, it creates a controlled geometry that allows the wire to be smoothly pulled from the inside of the drum. 

Our Konik drum has been specifically designed to be fully reusable, including the inner core itself. For this reason, the tube is removable rather than fixed, unlike standard drums. It can be used across multiple drums, as it is only required during the winding and/or unwinding pha- ses, and can then be removed for transport and storage. 

The main advantage of the sheet-format product is that, once disas- sembled, it becomes a flat sheet. This allows significant space savings CODE F500/800 and makes transport, storage, and handling much easier and moreF670/880 efficient.
