LID FOR KONIK F500/800 DRUM

Material (Recycled or first choice): PP.
For details, refer to the materials sheet.
Suitable for use on Konik F500/800 drums.
Outer diameter 598 mm.
Available with Direct Pull System: integrated solution to ensure smooth and controlled wire extraction. Easy Open version: designed to facilitate opening operations and improve efficiency during use.
Klima version: configuration designed to ensure greater protection in variable environmental conditions. Standard color black, also available in various colors.
Reusable product. 

The various configurations available are designed to flexibly meet the operational and logistical needs of welding wire manufacturers, ensuring efficiency, protection, and process continuity. 

The Easy Open Version allows for quick and safe opening of the container, reducing downtime and simplifying operations during use and maintenance. 

The Direct Pull system, integrated into the configuration, enables linear and controlled wire extraction directly from the drum, helping to improve the stability of the unwinding process and reduce the risk of interruptions or jams. 

The Klima Version was developed to ensure advanced wire protection in environments subject to climatic variations or critical conditions, preserving the product’s characteristics throughout the supply chain and up to the final stage of use.

Packaging notes

In order to guarantee the stability of the products during the transport, for long distances, we recommend to load a full truck/container.
In case of partial loads, secure the pallets carefully.
Upon request, there is the possibility to plan a full load of mixed products.
Upon request, there is the possibility to customize the pallet.
We suggest to manage our pallets in warehouse according to the FIFO method.
