As of 16 December 2025, the merger by incorporation of AM Teknostampi S.p.A. into
Teknospool S.r.l. officially takes effect.
This transaction will enable the acquisition and sharing of new cross-functional
competencies related to the processing of plastics, wire, steel, aluminum, and
magnesium, further strengthening the Group’s innovative capacity and its
competitiveness in international markets.
With specific reference to plastic injection molding, the merger will create an integrated
manufacturing hub with over 50 injection molding machines, allowing a significant
expansion of operational capacity and increased autonomy and flexibility in job
management, also through the in-house production of the related molds.
Within the scope of this merger by incorporation, Spazzolplastica S.r.l. will change its corporate name and become TEKNOSPOOL S.R.L., while maintaining its legal and tax details unchanged, as reported below.
This operation does not entail any operational disruption: the merger has been structured
to ensure full continuity in management, production, and commercial activities, safeguarding partners, suppliers, and customers.
Operational Business Units
The operational sites and contact details of the individual Business Units remain
unchanged, as do the internal organization and the reference teams.
Teknospool S.r.l. thus continues its journey with a clear forward-looking vision: to enhance
existing expertise, consolidate long-standing relationships, and lay the foundations
for new development opportunities.
