Information regarding the application of the European Packaging Regulation PPWR (EU 2025/40)

Dear Sirs,

The entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation – PPWR) introduces a harmonized regulatory framework at the European level aimed at reducing packaging waste, promoting packaging recyclability, increasing the use of recycled materials, and fostering the circular economy.

Within the supply chain governed by the Regulation, our Company operates as a supplier, as we provide packaging to our customers, who use it within their respective production processes and subsequent phases of placing it on the market, including by affixing their own trademark or company name.

By virtue of this role, we make available to our customers the technical and compliance information relating to the products supplied, to the extent that it is available to us, in order to support them in fulfilling the obligations set out by the Regulation.
