New recycled plastic spool for steel and aluminium wire: introducing the 300.20.H range

Spazzolplastica expands its portfolio of plastic spools with the introduction of the 300.20.H, a new solution developed to provide greater flexibility in steel and aluminium wire winding while maintaining the same winding volume.

Designed for manufacturers seeking to optimize production processes without changing
existing handling and logistics configurations, the new spool combines high mechanical
performance with the advantages of recycled plastic materials.

Technical specifications
The 300.20.H is available with the following characteristics:
Capacity: up to 20 kg for steel wire and 7 kg for aluminium wire
Winding volume: 4,066 cm³
Material: PC/ABS or ABS, depending on application requirements

Three winding width configurations:
- 300.20.899.H
- 300.20.904.H
- 300.20.HR

This allows manufacturers to select the most suitable configuration while maintaining the
same overall winding volume.
